Reporting to Senior Director Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of contracts in the scope of responsibility, in order to provide logistics operations to meet customer requirements, including: maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading the respective DC operational teams to ensure a process of effective management of operations.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate is likely to be a Degree holder or higher in a Logistics, Engineering or Business discipline with minimum 10 years experience in warehouse operations management, background in customer relations management, people management, and with financial & budgeting skill.
