In exchange our MRP clients get a dedicated Monroe In house recruiter, stationed at their company. The professionally trained In house recruiter uses Monroe recruitment software and procedures to ensure high standards of delivery, while performing a range of recruitment functions, including processing of direct and internal applicants, managing interviews, developing social networking recruitment strategies as well as talent mapping key positions. This onsite recruiter is backed up by our team of specialist recruiters based in our offices.
The service is designed to ensure our key recruitment partners receive a much higher level of service, receive a range of value added services and at no additional cost to our normal success based recruitment model. We streamline resourcing activities and reduce your expenses, allowing you to concentrate on your primary business function.
