Executive search agency Monroe Consulting Group launches enhanced recruitment website

  • Publish Date: Posted over 4 years ago

Multinational executive search agency Monroe Consulting Group has launched an exciting new Website that embraces continually evolving digital trends and simplifies the recruitment process for both client companies and job candidates.

Monroe Group Managing Director Andrew Hairs says the Website built in partnership with BitAgency, a website development company that specialises in the recruitment industry, utilises the latest technologies and is fully integrated with Monroe’s state-of-the-art recruitment software.

“The motivation for launching a new Website is to provide a better user experience for our candidates and clients,” he said.

“By making use of the latest technology we are able to achieve that by enhancing the level of service that we are able to provide to our customers.”

Mr Hairs, who oversees operations in emerging markets in Asia and Latin America, says some of the enhanced user features include dual language availability for its offices in Chile, Mexico and China, displaying relevant jobs and news articles on the pages being viewed, an upgraded job search optimised for Google for jobs and job candidate portals.

He says the candidate portal allows users to view and update the information that is held on Monroe’s database.

“It also allows them to view job applications they have made and at what stage they are at in the recruitment process,” he says.

“Users can also save searches and receive notifications when a job is posted that matches their skills.”

Mr Hairs says the focus of the design was to ensure the best possible user experience when accessing the Website on a mobile device.

“Over the years we have seen a shift from users accessing our website from a desktop to now having more than 60 percent of our visitors accessing our site with a mobile device.

Mr Hairs says that no matter where a job candidate or hiring manager is in the world, they are now able to follow the recruitment process in real time.

“If you are on a train in Shanghai, in a Go-Car in Jakarta or the Metro in Santiago, jobseekers can update their personal details or job requirements, receive notifications about new jobs, apply for positions and follow that process 24/7,” Mr Hairs said.

“Similarly, human resources executives and hiring managers have all the information about the recruitment process at their fingertips, from the short-listing and interview stages up to salary negotiations and onboarding.

“It’s transparent, efficient, seamless and further enhances Monroe’s ability to place the very best people with the very best companies around the world.”
