JAKARTA, INDONESIA – Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia has reaffirmed its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Indonesia through its continued partnership with local non-profit Sahabat Anak during the 28th edition of Jambore Sahabat Anak. The initiative brought together Monroe employees and volunteers to deliver educational workshops, life-skills sessions, and mentorship activities designed to empower underserved children across the Greater Jakarta region.
Held on 11–12 July 2026, the two-day community program was intentionally aligned with Indonesia's National Children's Day (Hari Anak Nasional). Hosted at Bumi Perkemahan Ragunan in South Jakarta, the event provided a safe and engaging outdoor environment where children could learn, build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and connect with positive role models.
As part of Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia's 2026 CSR strategy, the initiative reflects the company's commitment to creating meaningful social impact through hands-on community engagement. Rather than focusing solely on financial contributions, Monroe encourages its employees to actively participate in programmes that support education, personal development, and youth empowerment.
Throughout the event, Monroe consultants and senior leaders volunteered alongside the children, taking part in a range of activities including traditional Silat demonstrations, tree planting, team-building challenges, outdoor games, and mentoring sessions. These experiences were designed to strengthen confidence, resilience, communication, and collaboration while creating lasting memories for participants.
Supporting Youth Development Through Meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility
At Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, Corporate Social Responsibility goes beyond charitable giving. The company believes that providing children with access to mentorship, positive role models, and supportive learning environments can help build confidence, encourage personal growth, and create stronger opportunities for the future.
By partnering with organisations such as Sahabat Anak, Monroe aims to contribute to the long-term wellbeing of local communities while supporting the next generation of Indonesian talent. These initiatives reflect the company's broader commitment to responsible business practices and sustainable social impact.
As one of Southeast Asia's leading executive recruitment and professional consulting firms, Monroe views its partnership with Sahabat Anak as an investment in both Indonesia's future workforce and the communities in which it operates. Across two days of learning, collaboration, and shared experiences, the programme embodied Monroe's purpose of #DoingSomethingThatMatters—creating positive change through meaningful action.
