Monroe Consulting Group MÉXICO is recruiting on behalf of one of the local consumer goods companies. Our respected client is seeking a HR Manager at least +5 years of progressive experience as Manager in Human Resources, preferred experienced in Consumer Goods. The job is based in CDMX.

As the HR Manager you will be responsible to set direction and make decisions on the strategic and effective handling of personnel issues, concerns and objectives pertaining to recruitment, administrative services, employee relations, strategic rewards, leadership and development in HR

Major Responsibilities
• Recruitment. Provides leadership to ensure proper workforce plan.
• Employee Services. Ensures implementation, conduct and provision of efficient administrative services in order to maintain efficiency, industrial harmony and smooth business operations.
• Employee Relations. Ensures proper implementation and monitoring of communication programs, employee activities and discipline in order to achieve maximum positive employee engagement and productivity.
• Compensation and Benefits. Ensures the design, implementation and monitoring of performance management, compensation and benefits administration in order to attract, motivate and retain employees.
• Leadership and Development. Ensures development, implementation and monitoring of training plans and programs in order to address the core and technical needs of the employees.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
1. +5 years of progressive experience as Manager in Human Resources, preferred experienced in Consumer Goods.
2. Experience working in a global organization.
3. Fluent english is a must.
