As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with the experience and exposure in real estate ( housing) and also Industrial estate.
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate the planning and predevelopment stage of new projects between departments which include Constructions, Designs, Finances and Legal
- Undertake market research and analysis to identify market trends, existing and emerging business opportunities
- Advice on market conditions, market entry strategies, potential partners and the government regulatory environment
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Build and maintain networks with key business contacts, government agencies and other stakeholders in Indonesia
- Provide commercial and market insights to support the enhancement of Company value
- Provide comprehensive feasibility study
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years of previous experience as Business Development role within the real estate industries
- A proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies
- Experience in risk analysis
- Proficiency in analytical tool applications and Presentation tool applications
- A good understanding of contract law & Financial Statement
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Proven ability to develop and implement B2B Sales Strategies
- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
- Strong background in negotiating tendering and estimating
- A degree in engineering is preferred, but not essential
