Job Summary
Our respected client is seeking an experienced US Registered Nurse for the role of Clinical Training Manager who is responsible to manage and work directly with the Healthcare Trainers and assist the Director in developing RN Candidates/Graduates of the Healthcare Academy at Teleperformance. Ensure that all classes and trainers meet both Teleperformance and Client standards and expectations, as they are outlined and continue to outline/update for pre and post training. The job is located in Mandaluyong City, Philippines and offers Hybrid work arrangement on a Flexible/Shifting Schedule.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Healthcare Trainer and RN Candidates for employment at Teleperformance.
  • Creating Curriculums and Training Platform - Building from scratch
  • Monitor and report on performance of the Trainers to the Training Director.
  • Develop Action Plans for Trainers, assist in the scheduling of classes and trainers.
  • Attend meetings with resource and business units.
  • Create Learning Engagement Curriculum.
  • Develop strategies Recruiting, Day 1 Show, Classroom Retention and Graduation Rates.
  • Manage training needs and escalated issues related to training.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
  • To work directly with the trainers and assist the manager in developing them.
  • To ensure that all classes and trainers meet client standards and expectations as they have outlined and continue to outline for pre- and post- training.
  • Monitor the performance of the Trainers and be responsible for reporting their observations and feedback directly to the Training Manager.
  • Develop Action Plans for Trainers
  • Assist in the scheduling of classes and trainers
  • Attend meetings with resource and business units
  • Come up with strategies to manage attrition in the classroom
  • Manage training needs and escalated issues related to training
  • On-board newly hired Trainers
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by the Training Manager
  • Accomplish trainer scorecards



Key job requirements:

  • US Registered Nurse to manage the Trainings for Health care team.
  • Creating Curriculums and Training Platform - Building from scratch
  • Able to do Graveyard Shift until whole project has been fully developed
  • Experience giving out trainings in Healthcare/Clinical set-up
  • Knowledge about a nursing academy within the BPO industry is an advantage
  • Experience in handling a team/team leader.
  • Able to create Curriculums and Training Platform - Building from scratch
  • Created training tools/plans in Healthcare/Clinical set-up
  • Able to manage training needs and assist the manager in developing them.
  • Able to develop Action plans for Trainers.
  • Good communication skills.
