Our client is seeking a professional with ten years of experience from the law firm for the job of Procurement Lead. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel the business on a broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters.
- Provide day-to-day input on an array of business and legal questions
- Working with the business to address complicated policy questions
- Comply with regulatory obligations
- Resolve issues that arise in existing commercial relationships
- Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways
- Build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly
Job Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment minimum of ten years
- BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
- A high degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
- Outstanding communication skills
