International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a world leading manufacturing in bathroom fittings. Our client is seeking for an ambitious professional with at least 10 years of Sales experience in Sanitary Fixtures or Building Materials. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

You will report directly to the Head of Asia and responsible for developing the business and taking charge of the new entity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic market development
  • Full responsibility for the achievement of agreed sales and profit targets
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Analyze and understand the market, competitors and opportunities to develop an effective marketing & distribution strategy
  • Plan and manage the execution of distribution activities with the goal of building a strong distribution network in Vietnam
  • Plan and manage the execution of marketing activities with the goal of building strong awareness and image of the company and its brand in Vietnam
  • Generate pull for our products by directly targeting and regularly visiting project decision makers such as Condo Developers, Hotels, General Contractors and Architects/Interior Designers
  • Support trade partners by developing and executing promotion ideas
  • Develop, manage and utilize training centre in HCMC
  • Plan and manage marketing events including product launches, specifier events or exhibitions
  • Support key customers with material for projects specification and participate in key specification meetings as needed
  • Provide input, recommendations regarding expansion of the Vietnam product range in tandem with sales channels, volume forecasts and growth

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of sales experience in building materials or sanitary fixtures
  • Possessing leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasional international travel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
