Our client is looking for Engineering Manager to lead the group of developers in order to build a great apps for the users. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervising the work of multiple teams.
- Developing detailed plans for new designs and products
- Planning and executing technology roadmap strategies for completing projects on time.
- Leading research and development projects that produce new designs, products and processes.
- Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams and work cross function to achieve the goal.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of total working experience in engineering field with proven supervisory and technical skills. Would be a plus if has strong experience in software architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team.
- Solid programming skills in Go, Java, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience in making decisions, solving problems, developing designs and working on complex or difficult projects.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering practices and principles as well as understanding scientific methods of problem solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
