Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational sealing manufacturing company. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years of strong experience in finance and accounting from a manufacturing company. This position will be based in West Java, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing all finance and accounting operations.
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Job Requirement:
- Having min. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and if having CA (Chartered Accountant) is an advantage.
- Having experience with SAP Application, Oracle, and Hyperion in Manufacturing.
- Having experience in Tax Auditing & Transfer Pricing.
- Having the ability to communicate in English (written & oral).
- Having at least 15 years of working experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager in a manufacturing company in Indonesia.
- Has high motivation to extend his / her own performance & skill in terms of Finance & Accounting issues in Indonesia.
- Has the ability to engage in teamwork with both local and overseas teams.
- Strong leadership qualities, honest and dedicated.
