Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the most reliable online gadget store in the country and have been known for providing only the best products at the most affordable prices, and through outstanding customer service. Our respective client is looking for a General Manager who will oversee the daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals. This position is onsite and will be reporting to the CEO and is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Train low-level macom members
- Manage the daily business operations
- Create and establish budgets
- Evaluate productivity and performance of departments
- Manage and analyse accounting and financial data
- Present reports to top management
- Identify growth opportunities
- Come up with solutions on issues and concerns
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
Job Requirements- At least 15 years work experience in the same field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, and/or other related courses Preferably with MBA
- With broad perspective in all functions of an organization
- Knowledge in Selling/Sales & Marketing
- Good in managing relationships, excellence and negotiations
- Creative and with initiative
- Can define a business model and has expertise in growing a business
