Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is looking for a Head of Marketing (B2B) on behalf of our payment gateway client, with the responsibilities and qualifications as follows:
- End-to-end B2B digital marketing by identifying Go-To-Market through defining the target market segment and keep in track of the business growth
- Focusing on escalating the business-to-business' strategy in gaining new merchants through brand management, content marketing, and advertising
- Raise awareness and engagement for the company's features for the merchants
- To build product positioning within the right target market
- Collaborate with cross-functional divisions to maximize leads and develop products through industry events, such as webinars and blogs, and create relationships with key users
- At least 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing, brand and content management, advertising, and prior experience in payments or any fintech companies will be a plus point.
- Must have prior team management experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of all marketing channels: social media, email marketing, push notifications, and other channels
- Previous experience in PR and Branding
- Has experience and skills in using spreadsheets (Google Sheet, Microsoft Excel) and presentation tools (Google Slide, Microsoft Powerpoint)
- Able to maintain multiple projects and effective relations with various stakeholders.
