International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Global Bank Group. As the business is rapidly expanding, our client is seeking a talented for Head of Products (Cards, Personal Loan). The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible on overall budgeting and business planning of Retail Banking Products and ensuring smooth execution of related business plan, including close monitoring with all related risks, both from Financial Risk and Non- Financial Risks.
- Responsible for all products (Cards, Loan, and Mortgage), EBS
- Leading Retail Banking Products transformation towards Digital, assets' business and product strategy.
- Overall Banking, Cards, and Wealth sales from Non Network channels.
- Collaboration via Network Team and branch Team, Wealth Management Team, Asset Team, DBS Team, Risk Team, Partners (merchants)
- Implement and improve Retail Banking Products control testing, working collaboratively with all related stakeholders
- Manage Risks related with Retail Banking Products
Job Requirements:
- Have 10-12 years of experience in Retail product management
- Strong experience in personal loan (Unsecured & Secured), Cards
- Customer focused, results based approach, able to multi-task and deliver within tight timelines and can demonstrate flexibility when addressing shifting or competing priorities
- Deep analytical skills to obtain insights from data and make strategic recommendations to ensure product profitability and effectiveness
- Strong managerial, analytical, communications, decision-making, lateral thinking, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Fluently in English
