Head of Sales and Retail Operations
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multi-awarded international fashion enterprise that is home to top proprietary brands shaping the retail industry today. Our respective client is looking for a Head of Sales and Retail Operations who will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals, objectives and sales revenues. This position requires onsite work and will be reporting to the Vice President and is located in Laguna, Metro Manila.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in designing and developing strategic business development plans, profitability activities and new product growth
  • In charge in conceptualizing new business market development initiatives
  • Accountable in strategic business planning by leading the annual strategic business planning
  • Charting of medium and long-term business growth
  • Lead the sales operations team towards effective execution and implementation of sales strategies to ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Cover sales operations in developing strategic sales plans and programs to overachieve the company's goals and objectives
  • Formulate and develop recommendation for sales administration and policies
  • Supervise sales administration and functions

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years related work experience as manager
  • With proven track record in building, developing and leading high performing sales team
  • Strong Managerial competencies in leadership development, managerial coaching and mentoring
  • Must be responsible and trustworthy, able to multi-task, and have keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • With organizational, strategic, Technical and leadership competencies.
  • Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
