Sales Manager (Electrical Manufacturing)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Electrical Manufacturing Company for the role of Channel Sales Manager. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with a strong experience in Sales for both retail and distribution especially in electrical related products.
- Ensure the sales growth for the products
- Develop and maintain partnerships
- Build and manage inside sales team for retail account managers
- Liaise with other function as well and ensure to contribute to the long term plan
- Achieve customer satisfaction target by solving on customer journey approach
Job Requirements :
- Minimum a bachelor degree with 10 years of experience in Business Development and 5 years of relevant experience in the same industry
- Proactive, good organizational skill and also planning
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to translate goal into action plans
- Strong ability in projects and functional team managements
