Responsibilities:
- Propose group shares structure with tax efficiency
- Design business deal structure with tax efficiency
- Tax Planning
- Maintain good relationship with tax officer and settle tax issues as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Full-time university and bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management and related majors.
- Well verse with local taxation and practical experience in tax optimization and transfer of funds in and out of country.
- With contacts of tax department officers and bank officers, which can help in funds transfer in and out of country with minimum cost is preferable;
- Experience in settling complicated tax issues is preferable;
- Fluent in local language and be able to communicate in verbal and written English. Be able to communicate in Chinese is preferable;
- Self-driven, strong sense of responsibility, good in communication, coordination and team leadership skills.
