Job Summary:
Our highly-respected client is seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate with at least 10 years of experience for the job of Sales & Marketing Director. The job is in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and reporting directly to the Managing Director and owner of company in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales
• Overall ownership of driving revenue within the country
• Develop, implement and execute company sales strategies
• Enhance fleet card services offer in Vietnam
• Develop and maintain relationship with key business partners (petrol companies, gas station owners, logistics professionals, industry associations, fleet services suppliers…)
• Develop and maintain healthy pipeline of large client prospect
• Actively organise sales calls and present to clients and partners
• Understand client requirement and liaise with IT & operation teams to develop best solution
• Prepare and present business proposal.
• Ensure excellent deployment of business solution to clients
• Track and report sales activity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required by management.
• Hiring, coaching and monitoring a small successful sales team
• Support other departments and management to help them achieve their objectives as they relate to the sales group
• Prepare yearly and monthly sales budget reports
Marketing
• Creation and Implementation of the local marketing plan
• Development of suitable marketing collateral and presentation materials
• Enrich the content of the websites
• Lead synergies with other business partners/distributors
Key Results
• Reaching revenue targets
• Maintaining a high level of monthly New Business
• Sales team achieving sales objectives
• Monitoring operating costs
Job Requirements:
• University Degree or MBA + work experience overseas or international company
• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• Dynamic and driven individual
• Industry background: Services
• 12+ years of successful selling experience in B2B sales of management solutions and concepts (medium to large companies)
• Excellent knowledge of the logistics and transportation service markets would be a plus
• 4+ years sales management role experience
• Proven team player with exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Organizational skills
