Account Manager - SaaS (E-Commerce)

Monroe Consulting Group is assisting a client in search of an Account Manager. Our client is a fast growing e-commerce solutions provider. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead point of contact with clients and partners
  • Supervise day to day activities, mitigate potential issues by executing solutions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Lead the Account Management team to success
  • Collaborate with other related departments to help develop business

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience in agencies, digital marketing, planning, e-commerce or other related field
  • Understanding of marketing and its funnels, especially in digital.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools.
  • An adaptable team player with ability to work independently.
