Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of Multinational Retail company Based in Bali. Our respected client is seeking an Accounting Manager who has strong background in Accounting Operation and had experiences in tax and Audit. The job is based in Bali, Indonesia. The winning candidate will report directly to CFO of the company.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the growing accounting department (Payable, receivable, cash monitoring, cash flow, monthly closing)
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Make sure the Company complies with accounting and tax standards
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic
- 2/3 years in a Big Four Audit Firm would be a plus
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax would be a plus
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position
- Hard Skills: MS Office, English (verbal and written), Accounting Software
- Soft Skills: Detail oriented, accurate, Team spirit, Willingness to learn, Fast Learner, Multi-task, communicating skills
