Admin Manager
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-known lifestyle brand that offers a wide range of artistic products. Our respective client is looking for an Admin Manager who will plan and provide assistance and support to the company in both internal and external sections. This position is on hybrid set-up, will be reporting to the CFO and is located in Boni, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for general business questions as well as oversee and direct the administrative services of the company
  • Designate responsibilities to administrative staff and ensure the facilities are equipped with the supplies and services needed
  • Annual and Quarterly Departmental planning for Admin in conjunction with company's goals and objectives
  • Plan long and short-term maintenance and safety protocols
  • Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required
  • Provide Team Management support to internal team, eternal team and compliance team
  • Provide Departmental Support and carry-on daily activity
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management
  • At least 5-10 years' experience in administrative management position with in-depth knowledge in government rules and regulations concerning business permits and ordinances
  • high level of skills such as: Communication, Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Teamwork and Collaboration, Project Management, Adaptability and Work ethic
  • Possess keen planning ability and business aptitudes
  • Previous orientation in government compliance is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated track record in leading Administrative function & team
  • Good interpersonal skills and can manage a team well
  • Excellent leadership skills and one who can drive process improvement initiatives
