Job Description:
- Responsible for the sales & distributor development in Jabodetabek
- Aggressively hunt and acquire new customers
- Build very close & strong leadership with the customer
- Make the product conversion to the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any background
- Min 3 years of experience in B2C automotive lubricants sales and/or automotive spare part sales
- Proven track record in managing Jabodetabek
- Proven distribution & area development skills
- Result-oriented, driven, resilient, and hardworking
- Good team player and possess strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Mature, proactive, self-starter, and possess high initiative
