Art Director (Healthcare/Wellness)


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Technology Division is partnered and is recruiting on behalf of a leading B2C Healthcare organization. Due to rapid growth and expansion, they are currently seeking for an exceptional Art Director with at least 4 years' experience. The work setup is on a remote basis.

Job Description:

  • Create new brands from insight to execution.
  • Review and approve art and copy to ensure deliverables are fresh and innovative whilst addressing marketing goals and challenges.
  • Develop brands from scratch working on both offline and online.
  • Develop and drive creative strategy across the brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop marketing plans and translate them into powerful creative strategies.
  • Work across different mediums, including mobile, experiential, email, packaging as well as digital and traditional media for campaigns, new launches and activations.
  • Lead and produce shoots with our external creators; building shot lists, talent, props & styling.


Job Requirements:

  • 4 years+ creative experience in creative roles with a strong focus on consumer brands. A history of creating marketing or advertising campaigns from concept development through to execution across digital and transitional channels.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills with a high level of comfort in senior stakeholder management.
  • Strong aptitude and flexibility to manage multiple projects and brands and develop processes and ways of working that empower teams to create their best work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD, inDesign and familiar with Adobe Libraries). Experience in packaging and artworking along with comfort in handling studio equipment is a bonus.
  • Exceptional ability to apply and perform design skills, including drawing/sketching, conceptualization, color theory, use of texture, visual presentation development, and layout, and demonstrated ability to apply these skills in innovative ways that elevate brand excellence.
  • Be a problem solver, self starter and be able to work autonomously with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required.
