They are seeking an Administration and Strategic Sourcing Director to lead procurement strategy, manage large-scale facilities, and drive operational excellence. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Administration and Strategic Sourcing Director will lead enterprise procurement and comprehensive facility management. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence through strategic vendor negotiations, centralized budget control, and environmental sustainability initiatives within a high-standard financial environment.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all procurement and general administration functions with a focus on efficiency, budget centralization, and high-standard operational support.
Act as a decisive leader for the department, managing team dynamics across procurement, facilities, and administrative services through clear communication and strategic direction.
Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, coordinating with committees for approvals and ensuring all expenditures and disbursements strictly follow corporate regulations.
Utilize an understanding of financial acumen and budget control to manage the general administration budget and maximize cost-efficiency through heavy contract negotiations.
Maintain a high level of professional focus on facility management, overseeing headquarters and regional offices, including maintenance, land and building tax, and corporate insurance.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships and facilitate the procurement of all necessary corporate assets, supplies, and nationwide property insurance.
Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives, facilitating the development of energy-saving policies and activities to reduce the organization's environmental footprint.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Extensive professional experience in Procurement, Administration, and Facilities/Building Management, including a proven track record in a senior management role.
Direct background in Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or Asset Management is highly preferred.
Strong decision-making capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large cross-functional team effectively.
Deep technical knowledge of Land and Building Taxes, contract negotiation, and e-Procurement or ERP systems
