The Finance & Accounting Executive is responsible for supporting daily accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, budgeting support, cash flow monitoring, and compliance activities. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial processes, operational efficiency, and effective financial management across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Accounting
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting financial analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Finance
- Coordinate with financial institutions and support funding-related activities
- Monitor daily financial operations, including cash flow and operational transactions
- Support financial analysis and reporting for management decision-making
- Assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
- Support and coordinate with internal teams on finance and accounting matters
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in audit or professional services environment is an advantage
