Award-winning executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading medical device company, for the position of Associate Manager(Commercial Operations).
The Associate Manager (Commercial Operations) will provide a supporting to Head of Strategy and Commercial Operations, from Singapore, for the pricing capability building in South Asia markets and lead commercial excellence initiatives to drive sales productivity and profitable growth for the South Asia and Southeast Asia region.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive pricing, tender, channel and sales capability by performing data analysis
- Ensure the alignment between platforms and systems and commercial stakeholders' needs
- Develop and maintain data stewardship, audits, workflows, monitoring and reporting
- Evaluating asset productivity and distributor productivity
- Support the commercial team plan launching, execution, and operationalizing GTM strategies through key frameworks, processes and best practices
- Ensure alignment on sales pipeline activities and tactical initiatives
- Support issue identification, solution recommendation, and resulting business implications
- Oversee the implementation of commercial strategies and the establishment of sales management principles
- Drive business improvement by collaboration with Commercial Leadership and enabling functions (regulatory, finance, legal, compliance, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Extensive experience in the healthcare industry
- Extensive experience in commercial excellence or operation roles
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and the local Thai language.
- Result-oriented and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and implementation skills
