Asst. Territory Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting an Asst. Territory Manager vacancy for a multinational medical device company specializing in surgical and critical care products. This role will manage sales & applications for cardiology-related medical equipment and devices. Working setup is mainly on-field with office based in Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan that outline territory sales objectives and areas of vulnerability.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota and provide monthly forecast for the defined area
  • Effectively communicate therapy's value proposition to customers and partner with Clinical Medical Affairs to deliver outstanding clinical and training support to ensure physicians quickly become clinically independent.
  • Qualify, train, assess, and ultimately develop accounts to adopt the therapy as an integral part of their disease practice with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption.
  • Communicate current market conditions and recommend improvements to the commercial process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs within defined region.
  • Provide support for the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues.
  • Proactively support organizational goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Authority regulations, including strict compliance with company's Customer Relationship policies.
  • Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, suppliers, and teammates.
  • Establish and maintain credentials to enter and work in hospitals and other medical facilities as required by facility requirements.
  • Partner closely with the Line manager, Sales team, and Marketing team to identify and prioritize customers for higher-level corporate relationships.
  • Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Partner with the Line Manager and Finance team to ensure all required sales reporting forms are completed and submitted on time

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relating to marketing, business administration or medical-related courses
  • Must have at least 3 years direct sales experience in medical devices; preferably with cardiology or surgical related experience
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to educate medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results
  • Presentation skills / Business planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace the use of technology and applications to provide an effective selling experience
  • Must be willing to do field-work
