They are currently looking for a strategic BI Analyst to help their customer grow with the help of data. The company is envisioned to help millions of offline business in Indonesia to tackle conventional problems through technology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing massive volumes of user data
- Actively participating in the creation of products
- Assisting in the formation of a formidable data team.
- Using the insights from our data, make daily decisions.
- Conduct cohort, funnel, and in-page analytic to help us improve product.
- Using Tableau and other BI tools, design, construct, and maintain dashboards.
- Observe app's performance, use, and user interactions.
- Collaboration with customer research team to combine quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Mentor junior analysts and participate actively in the team's development.
Job Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in a similar capacity in a startup environment, especially coming from ecommerce.
- Strong knowledge withSQL and Excel
- Strong experience using Tableau to visualize data.
- Any knowledge of product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Clevertap) is advantageous.
- A strong analytical mindset combined with a problem-solving approach is required.
- It's simple to transition between coding (R or Python) and having a business conversation.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment as a team player.
