Monroe Consulting Group is representing a fast-growing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic group undergoing rapid multi-site expansion. This role requires a hands-on leader to directly manage day-to-day clinic operations while driving consistent performance and operational excellence across branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of daily clinic operations across assigned branches, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
  • Be directly involved on the ground in managing staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and operational issues
  • Implement and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and operational standards across clinics
  • Support new clinic openings, including site setup, staff readiness, and ensuring operational go-live success
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic standards
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with TCM Physicians and practitioners
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinic staff to ensure strong team capability
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including herbal medicine supply and coordination with suppliers
  • Track and manage key operational KPIs (patient volume, service quality, revenue, and costs) on a daily basis
  • Identify operational gaps and immediately implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Work closely with management on pricing, service delivery improvements, and execution of expansion plans



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in healthcare, clinic, or multi-site operations
  • Proven experience managing multiple clinic or retail healthcare branches
  • Strong hands-on experience in daily operations and problem-solving on the ground
  • Experience in clinic setup, new branch opening, or expansion projects
  • Prior exposure to TCM clinics or strong understanding of the TCM ecosystem is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of physician management and herbal medicine supply chain
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment with high operational involvement
