Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Indonesia's leading multinational consumer goods companies. Our respected client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in brand management. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

As a Brand Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

Job responsibilities:

  • Examining the consumer market, trending market trends, and identifying areas to be invested in consumer needs and spending habits.
  • Creating an Innovative brand to enter the market
  • Bring ideas for new packaging designs such as shape, size, color, font, and image.
  • Keep an eye on TV advertising products, newspaper advertisements as well as magazines, direct mail packages, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, roadshows as well as liaison with art designers, copywriters, media buyers, and printers with the related product
  • Compliance of law, design, and messages for brands with regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluation of product distribution and consumer reactions through group and market research.
  • Coordinate separate programs to external customers or employees
  • Implement the brand strategy in order to ensure the achievement of the sales target and profitability
  • Support and Develop brand strategy in order to ensure the campaign aligns with the brand objective
  • Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience handle advertising agency


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and brand of FMCG Industries.
  • Have previous experience in the Tobacco or Alcohol industry would be an advantage
  • Strong marketing knowledge in order to be able to develop an in-depth and comprehensive marketing strategy that will support and drive the business strategy success.
  • Understand the local and global marketing trends, outlook, challenges in order to be able to penetrate the market.
  • Strong awareness of financial, commercial, planning, and control activities.
  • Proven success in ATL & BTL development and execution.
