Job Summary:

Our highly respected client is looking for a qualified Brand Manager who will be responsible for the execution of Brand Marketing strategies and programs for the assigned brand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing and communication strategies, including: brand development strategy, product strategy and communication strategy to promote brand image in accordance with short-term and long-term goals of the company.
  • Develop and execute marketing plan of assigned brand to achieve sales target and recommend sections. Activities include: Market research, product development supervision and packaging design; pricing; launch new products; supervise the advertising campaign, display at the point of sale and the sales situation of the brand.
  • Contribute to the development of a business plan when starting to implement the plan, in order to develop a marketing strategy in line with the company's vision, strategy and goals.
  • Determine the advertising display advertising objectives at the point of sale, propose suitable means and methods and additional resources for effective, economical and suitable advertising and display campaigns, and consistent with the target consumers.
  • Adjust marketing strategies and plans to match market changes and competitive situation
  • Organize the implementation of the approved marketing plan; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program
  • Brand building and development through possible operational tools, in line with the brand's direction
  • Developing the market and the number of customers/users for the number of growth goals and brand effects

Job Requirements:

  • University degree, with any extra marketing degree is the plus
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in preferable leading FMCG marketing function
  • Have experience in high agile/ entrepreneurship working environment, knowledge in portfolio marketing (Brand portfolio management, pricing, market analysis, consumer insights and innovation)
  • Have exposure and understanding in operational constraints and strong execution reflex appreciation of legislation / taxation, external relations, marketing standards
  • Proven team player, effectively communicating with various organisational functions
  • Good analytic skills.
  • Fluently in English communication is a plus.
