Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of Multinational Pharmaceutical company. Our respected client is seeking a Business Controller with a minimum of 10+ years experience in Business Management and Commercial Finance.

Job responsibilities:

  • Driving transformation in co-creation with the team to simplify and built a robust foundation to secure sustainable growth of the company
  • In the Business Partnering role, providing pro-actively transparency and decision support to the Leadership Team in all aspects of financial analysis and business planning, using data across the organisation to make strategic decisions.
  • Assume a key role in strategy planning and planning for long term investments in the company, linking strategic objectives with financial goals of the business
  • Holding the team accountable for high quality reporting, analysis, forecasting and business planning, in line with all internal and external requirements and regulations.
  • Drive profitability, net working capital and savings in line with agreed targets while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit focusing on impact and value.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements as well as company internal policies, guidelines and standards and effective internal controls and risk management
  • Identify, develop and support effective and efficient cooperation with partners in local, regional, global, functional and shared service organizations
  • Manage all operational matters of the affiliates relating to Compliance, SHE, and Legal, ensuring effective decision making and processes are in place to support an efficient business operation.

Job Qualification:

  • Has strong analytical and commercial skills to identify strategic priorities, based on complex market potential assessments.
  • Has a business and financial acumen as well as proactive and growth mindset
  • Has knowledge in Compliance and SHE
  • Has experience in working in an international setting
  • Comfortable working in an experimenting and learning environment
