Business Development (EPC Power & Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strong engagement with government bodies, SOEs, private sector clients, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, project owners, developers, and industry players.
  • Act as the primary front-facing representative to strengthen the company's positioning in the local market.
  • Support early-stage project development by identifying opportunities from national programs, market movements, and industry networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal development and tender participation when required.
  • Facilitate partnerships and alliances with local and international partners to enhance project competitiveness.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to provide actionable business insights.
  • Maintain a strong and active project pipeline, ensuring continuous business growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles.
  • Proven track record in building and managing relationships with stakeholders across government, SOEs, or private sector.
  • Experience in power generation, energy, infrastructure, or related industries is preferred, but candidates from other sectors with strong networks are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into tangible business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at senior and executive levels.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
