Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, business development, marketing, category management, commercialization, product development, or strategic projects.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strong business case development and financial modeling capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms for research, analysis, productivity, and project support is an advantage.
- FMCG or food industry experience is required.
