- Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Proposal preparation, tender coordination, and contract negotiation
- Technical understanding of energy systems and project execution
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, project plans, and specifications
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking software
- Knowledge of industry standards relevant to energy applications
- Effective communication and presentation skills with both technical and executive audiences
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, or Business with technical exposure
- Prior experience in handling APAC Region
- Fluent in English and local language
- 5-7 years' experience in industrial business development, ideally in renewable energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors
- Proven experience managing high-value client accounts and EPC engagements
