We are looking for a Business Manager to drive business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing operational efficiency within the organization. The opportunity is based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Support:

  • Drive sales activities and follow up on business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients
  • Support proposal development and client presentations
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM system


Client Management:

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and requests
  • Organize and participate in client meetings
  • Identify opportunities for account growth
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction


Market & Business Intelligence:

  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Support preparation of business reports and analyses
  • Contribute to sales strategies and planning
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge


Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, client service, or business development
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems
