We are looking for a Business Manager to drive business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing operational efficiency within the organization. The opportunity is based in Selangor, Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Support:
- Drive sales activities and follow up on business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients
- Support proposal development and client presentations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM system
Client Management:
- Manage day-to-day client communications and requests
- Organize and participate in client meetings
- Identify opportunities for account growth
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Market & Business Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Support preparation of business reports and analyses
- Contribute to sales strategies and planning
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, client service, or business development
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems
