Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Business Project Manager on behalf of chemical manufacturing + industrial raw materials + supply chain solutions company. This role will be based in BGC, Taguig.

Job Summary:

The Business Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities, particularly in raw materials supply and commercial projects. The role will oversee the end-to-end project acquisition process - from opportunity identification, bid preparation, supplier/customer coordination, proposal development, negotiation, and project execution.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven professional with strong business development capabilities, project management experience, and exposure to industrial products, raw materials, manufacturing, trading, or supply chain environments. This role requires someone who can build relationships, evaluate opportunities, manage cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, commercial management, project management, strategic sourcing, or related roles.
Experience in business acquisition, bidding, supplier/customer negotiations, or commercial projects.
Background in manufacturing, industrial products, raw materials, trading, construction materials, or supply chain industries is preferred.
Strong project management, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop business proposals, evaluate opportunities, and drive projects from concept to execution.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and ability to work independently.
Willing to work onsite in BGC and travel regularly to Batangas and Cavite.
