Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the consumer industry. As the business continues to grow, our client is seeking an experienced finance professional for the role of Business Support Sub-Division Head. This position will play a key role in driving financial planning, business performance, and strategic decision-making through strong financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
  • Monitor key financial, operational, and business performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investments, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow analysis to support business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasting models and planning tools to enhance decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR, to align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Support business performance reviews, management presentations, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and financial governance standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team to drive continuous improvement and high performance.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering.
  • Experience working in multinational companies, preferably within consumer goods, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
  • Previous experience in a global corporate environment or management consulting will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
