Business Unit Head Clinic (Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for clinic operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and service excellence

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in the healthcare sector, including significant leadership responsibilities
  • In-depth knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare service delivery
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proven track record in driving operational performance and enhancing patient experience
