Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for clinic operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and service excellence
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth and improve operational effectiveness
- Ensure full compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and quality standards
- Lead, coach, and develop both clinical and non-clinical teams to build strong performance and engagement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in the healthcare sector, including significant leadership responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare service delivery
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven track record in driving operational performance and enhancing patient experience
