Position Overview
This role will lead the Ophthalmic division, driving business growth, strategic planning, and overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business unit to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Build and manage relationships with KOLs, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute business plans and go-to-market strategies
- Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis
- Oversee pricing strategies and distribution channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment
Requirements
- 8+ years of managerial experience in the ophthalmic industry
- Strong network within ophthalmology stakeholders and institutions
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and distribution channels
- Proven track record in driving business growth and managing teams
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
