International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf a well-known international corporation providing industrial equipment. Our client is seeking a professional C&B person with at least 5 years of experience for the job of C&B Manager. This job opens for candidates in Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong, Dong Nai.

Job Summary: Reporting to HR Director, the C&B Manager will work lead the C&B team and be responsible for researching, setting up and maintaining a company's compensation and benefits system.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the annual appraisal process, monitor compliance with the timetable, and work with the HRBP to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
  • To manage the corporate induction program.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the HRBP.
  • Manage the annual performance management processes for staff for both local and expert staff, aligning with the corporate timeline and activities.
  • Advise managers about handling cases of managing performance.
  • Provide sound advice on disciplinary policy/ Essential HR and Vietnam employment laws.
  • Advise the Board of Directors in matters concerning organizational structure, management of the company.
  • Provide advice and counseling to line managers on staff-related issues.
  • Provide direction, leadership, coaching, guidance, and support to all functions of the HR Department to motivate, develop staff and ensure individual employee reach their best ability and the highest level of performance.
  • Ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business strategy, HR policies and programs responding to personal needs of employees, HR processes, and programs; partner with other departments and detail short- and long-term needs for staffing related topics and compensation & benefits strategy to increase the organization's capability in changing environment.
  • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Build up and maintain company policies, compensation & benefits system including regulations, salaries, bonuses, allowances, non-cash benefits and payroll structure, performance appraisal, etc... And investigate the salary of competitors to set competitive salaries for the company in the market in accordance with the company's vision.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration or relevant.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation & benefit position in large manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in English communication
