We are seeking a CEO with solid experience in payment industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have exposure to fintech SME payment. Experience with lending business is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- General operations and will be leading existing vertical C- & D- levels.
- Grow portfolio clients & partnerships. Strategic Partnership and Local Ecosystem Integration.
- Regulatory Navigation & Government Relations to BI and potentially OJK.
- Product Localization & Market Penetration.
- Capital Allocation, Unit Economics & Risk.
- Organizational Structure & Talent Leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably fintech payment businesses.
- Proven leadership experience with minimum of 5 years in general management role.
- Strategic thinking meanwhile not abandoning operations excellence.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and portfolio and work in a fast-paced environment.
