Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading food and beverage franchisor in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking for a CFO who will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, capital structure, fundraising readiness, financial controls, reporting, compliance, and long-term value creation of the company. This role has an onsite work requirement in Makati and will be reporting to the Founder and & CEO.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key strategic partner and ensure the company is financially disciplined, investor-ready, and positioned for sustainable growth.
  • Transform the finance function from transactional accounting into a strategic finance organization.
  • Support expansion, franchising, acquisitions, and institutional investment.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Build financial models for expansion, franchising, new concepts, and investments.
  • Advise management on profitability, capital allocation, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing.
  • Prepare investor materials, financial models, and due diligence requirements.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, lenders, and strategic partners.
  • Support valuation discussions, deal structuring, and negotiations.
  • Establish best-in-class financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee audit processes and tax planning.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance organization.
  • Support expansion into new business lines and markets

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in F&B, retail, franchising or multi-unit businesses.
  • Strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, fundraising, and financial controls.
  • Experience working with founders and high-growth companies.
