Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an agricultural and food manufacturing company. Our respective client is looking for a CFO who will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and overseeing all aspects of the company's finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, and risk management functions This role will work closely with business leaders to develop financial strategies that support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability. This role has an onsite work requirement in Makati City and will be reporting to the senior VP.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure effective cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis for agricultural and manufacturing operations.
  • Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive ERP optimization, financial process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and profitability.
  • Evaluate capital investments, business expansion opportunities, and financial risks.
  • Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, CPA or CFA in preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in finance from manufacturing or FMCG industry
  • Significant experience in agriculture, food manufacturing, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, manufacturing finance, inventory valuation, and supply chain finance.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of taxation, corporate governance, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational transformation and strategic financial initiatives.
