Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of our esteemed client, a notable Hospital group based in Tangerang area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy and funding, bank relationships, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, as well as compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.
- In - charge of funding, and maintaining relationships with banks.
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and hospital audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Responsible for Human Capital, General Affairs, and Procurement department.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in Hospital, but consultants handling healthcare industries might be considered.
- Proven track record in fundraising from banks, or other potential funding resources.
- Corporate Finance proficiency.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with recent employment in Head / GM / VP level
