The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving channel sales growth and expanding partner networks across Thailand. This role focuses on managing relationships with distributors, resellers, and key business partners while supporting market expansion initiatives for commercial technology solutions. The position also plays an important role in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting overall sales performance across nationwide markets.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and expand channel partners, distributors, and reseller networks across Thailand
Drive sales growth and strengthen market presence for commercial technology solutions
Work closely with partners on business development, product promotion, and customer engagement activities
Build strong relationships with key customers and channel stakeholders
Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support business strategies
Travel regularly to meet customers and support business expansion in provincial areas
Achieve assigned sales and business targets
Job Requirements
Experienced in channel sales, partner management, or business development within technology or commercial display industries
Background in commercial display solutions such as LED display, smart whiteboard, digital signage, etc. would be an advantage
Existing network with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or education-sector customers is highly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and solution-selling skills
English communication skills are required; Chinese communication ability is a plus
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable traveling frequently for business meetings
