Position Overview
This role is responsible to lead the organisation's nationwide sales and operational functions to drive sustainable business growth and operational excellence. Oversee revenue performance, sales target achievement, and the development of a high-performing multi-branch organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee nationwide sales and retail operations
- Drive the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency
- Build, structure and manage high-performing teams across all branches
- Monitor branch performance, ensuring alignment with company KPIs
- Strengthen customer experience and operational consistency
- Collaborate closely with senior management on growth and expansion initiatives
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within retail, sales, or multi-branch operations
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strong revenue growth and achieving targets
