Job Responsibilities:
- Develop technical aspects of corporate strategy to ensure consistency with business goals
- Responsible for the entire technical architecture to ensure that internal and external products are stable, error-free, easy to scale and easy to maintain.
- Make important decisions related to staff recruitment, the construction development process, and the implementation of solutions that provide a competitive advantage.
- Responsible for building and developing team skills, measured by the team's end result
- Establish and implement company-wide standards and practices related to your organization's technology to ensure that your technology is used efficiently and safely.
- Tightly control the financial aspects of technology development and implementation by managing operational and capital budgets to determine the best way to allocate resources to building effective technologies.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience at a full software company in a leading position in a recognized and innovative organization
- First professional experience as CTO in tech startups, business software and SaaS industries is desirable
- Strategic thinking and good business insight are essential
- Knowledge of technology trends for developing strategies
- Excellent technical and product-related background in the financial industry, e-commerce, digital marketing, or operations business.
- Proven (interdisciplinary) team management experience. Build teams, increase productivity and promote a positive team culture
- Development of data-driven applications, preferably extensive experience in Python, Java, PHP
- Collaborative team players, culturally sensitive, fun, motivated and focused on results
