International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a heavy equipment manufacturing and trading company. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a talented for Chinese Translator position. The job is based in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The Chinese Translator will be the main translator for Chinese Sales Manager and Sales Director, support interpreting business related activities on daily basis as well as translating documents from Vietnamese to Chinese and vice versa. The ideal candidate would have strong experience in interpreting and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translating documents from Vietnamese to Chinese and vice versa.
- Interpreters in meetings.
- Support the Chinese staff in the session translate from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Attend customer related meetings Chinese (on request).
- Drafting and translating documents and contracts according to work requirements.
- Perform other duties when requested by superiors.
- Handle the daily administrative work of the Vietnam representative office.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate majoring in Chinese Language or other related majors
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience as interpreters in Chinese companies
- Fluently use 4 Chinese skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Agile, enthusiastic, able to work well in a team
- Professional working style, progressive spirit
- Responsible at work
- Proficient in the use of office software
- 2 years relevant translation work experience
- Accept long-term business trips
