Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, through its Healthcare division, is partnering with an international organisation in the Healthcare sector to hire a Clinical Executive. This opportunity is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for promoting and selling critical care medical equipment and consumables within assigned territories.
It directly supports business growth while strengthening relationships across government and private healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Territory - Central region
* Promotes and sells medical equipment and consumables for CRRT (Acute) products to government and private sectors, with the ability to develop long‑term business relationships with existing and potential clients
* Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong and professional business relationships with clients at all times
* Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing and Clinical teams to achieve set objectives
* Identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate resources through liaison with clinical, technical, and sales teams
* Maintain healthy and sustainable relationships with clients
* Proactively identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, and potential products
* Attend conferences and events organised by the organisation
* Maintain market intelligence and awareness of competitors' activities
* Participate in offering service contracts to customers
* Responsible for tender participation, ensuring responses are professional and compelling
* Provide monthly sales activity reports to the Business Manager
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology, or equivalent
* 3-4 years of experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Must possess a valid nursing certification (APC) or RON, where applicable
Technical / Functional Expertise
* Sales experience within the medical equipment or pharmaceutical sector
* Knowledge and experience with CRRT (Acute) products
* Experience in managing tenders and service contracts
* Strong market knowledge and awareness of competitor activities
* Possession of own transport and willingness to travel for client engagements across assigned territories
